FAQ
Questions we are asked most
Do we have to accept less than the full amount?
No. You set the mandate. A settlement can be full payment over time, a discount for prompt payment, or another structure you approve.
What happens if the debtor breaks the settlement?
Agreements include clear default terms. If a payment is missed we inform you at once and recommend the next step.
