What a well-run recovery file looks like
We publish case studies only with written client permission. Until then, here is how a typical engagement is structured and what you can expect at each stage.
- 01
Clear file, faster answers
Contracts, invoices, delivery notes and correspondence are collected once and organised into a single statement of account.
- 02
Contact with a purpose
The first communication states the balance, the basis and the options — not just a demand.
- 03
Agreements in writing
Payment plans and settlements are documented and monitored to completion.
- 04
Decision points, not drift
If a plan is missed, you are told immediately and the next step is proposed.
How it works
A five-step recovery process
Clear stages, clear ownership. You decide at each milestone whether to continue, settle or escalate.
- 1
Case Assessment
We review the debt, the documents and the debtor’s position, and tell you candidly whether recovery is practical and how we would approach it.
- 2
Recovery Strategy
A documented plan sets out the contact sequence, negotiation limits, timelines and the decision points where you choose how to proceed.
- 3
Professional Contact
Structured, courteous communication with the debtor in Arabic or English — a clear statement of account, the basis of the debt and the options available.
- 4
Negotiation & Settlement
Where full immediate payment is not possible, we negotiate within your mandate and document the agreement in writing.
- 5
Payment Monitoring / Appropriate Escalation
Agreed payments are monitored to completion. If the debtor fails to engage, we prepare the file and coordinate the appropriate next step with licensed professionals.
